As a teacher so much is expected.but we forget that expectations alone can not yield.we all have a role and are far much in a position to be 'teachers' in our own areas of interaction with these young beautiful minds before we give them to the teacher.

 These young individuals already have learnt from:

1. home,what they see at home they relate with more than other information as it is what shapes them for the rest of their lives. it contributes to how they want to be identified out there and everything to do with family
2. The 'society', here its what the parents have allowed the children associate with or make part of what they are 'allowed' to listen to,watch,talk to/about,be apart of. the neighbors, the uncles,unties and what the general environment of the child is.

lets all be real and play our roles as we should,we shouldn't assume children are what they got from school because they aren't,they are what/who we made them believe that they are.

WHAT PEOPLE THINK?!!!

"I was thinking of a small party after my official marriage at the office of the attorney but everyone is insisting that i go for a big church wedding,my problem is not the wedding but you know if i don't people will think am refusing because of the finances but that is not the case.do you think am doing the right thing?". I listened to a friend as he seemed totally out of options,it's something that almost everyone is always dealing with all the time.
  A decision is supposed to be the ultimate of all the thinking and perception of any particular subject depending on the issue at hand,what any other person thinks is just what they would have done if that was what they had to deal with but given that it's you then you've got to be real and honest to yourself.One has to be ready to personally take the responsibility and gobble down the resultant of any of their decisions.
  One has to draw the line between what is about them-self and the rest.in this case the rest is 'the people'.what another person thinks about your issue is their business not yours. Einstein said "If you've never made a mistake then you have never tried on anything new",one has to make mistakes in some time of their life to be able to clearly look back at and learn from them.You are not always going to be making consultations the rest of your life seeking other people's opinions.
   Whatever one decides you take ( may be from the variety of the advice everyone shares whether positive or negative ) has to thoroughly thought about by you and not an indirect decision of a friend to you.

CHANGING THE LANE.

The future is being as infinite as a boomerang should at all levels be well defined as  unless one actually defines his life in his own words then he doesn't exist,by this i mean if ones life,actions,speech and anything that is associated with him can not be directly connected to him then there is more to be done.Every one has had something that makes them who they are,be it by just dreaming it or talking about it certain persons have made great strides that would take a whole generation to reach that particular level for the latter would want to have themselves defined by another ones creation.  So you want to be a re-known person in your particular current  field of pursuit,you want to earn respect for being above all levels to have ever been set by anyone who has was before you?,you want anything you touch turn to gold?,Bruce Lee once said, "Do not pray for an easy life,pray for the strength to endure a difficult one",in his great words one would console themself that after all life is not easy.

   The basis one person talks of as life being hard at one corner is the very one that another uses to say how they have walked through the murky waters to be where they are,it's time to face it and put everything as should,no one wakes up to harvest,no one wakes up to wipe away those tears of joy and be all happy without having been through the other side feeling the heat and loss,a persons no existence does not necessarily mean that they are not there but that there is nothing that can be pointed at and have these person directly linked to it as having been the original idea and original in the sense that it was not a duplication of another existing one.

TRY AND BE ORIGINAL.

"Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried something new"the words of the greatest man of the time Albert Einstein,trying something new would mean exposing yourself to the risk for which you do not know the outcome,whether good or positive in other words,bad or the negative,it would then be up to you to find out.seeking to know from those who have surpassed all odds and stood out of the crowd,remained strong is what everyone would want to know before getting to 'unknown' .  So many times its about the all avenues be it relationships,business and all other avenues in life.In all these one needs to be well informed before they can make that bold step.Experience being the best teacher they say before one can decide there needs to be both physically and psychology prepared before they can be blindly over inspired to hurriedly decide before considering all other factors.It is good receive the all positive but then there are times one needs to draw the boundaries between advising and being all friendly in guidance to where one is meant o go.It is good to get a way of fixing an issue from another perspective as this helps us to know that we are not the only ones in such problems or issues but the act that something worked for someone would not guarantee you the same would it?.
   Admitted that there are those that set as examples in our lives and we just walk in their footsteps and for sure there can never be a doubt everything works all miracles.There are times one also needs to risk it big and try their way as there can never be anything better than understanding your own way  around something,having tried out something and failed would not make you less of an achiever would it?,it gives you a clue as to what would not work properly,implementing another persons method in your idea may be the cause of its failure to some extend.What everyone needs to know is that the hidden power of the mind can do wonders if fully utilized.
 It is on very rare ( if any ) that a person considers their own true to it and remains on it.most are always about what has been tried and seen fit or proved the best,much of what the society is currently into is not actually new in its place but most are a duplication of what we have continually been having,only that it comes covered in flowers and all rossy.

BEING THE TALENT SCHOOLS.

     Education over time has changed and is no longer viewed as used to some ten to  twenty years back,whether by necessity or relevance that is for the modern definition of a well learned or educated a person is,what the society places as key drives the entire system and gets everyone getting along and dancing to the music,with time the initial culture seems to be changing from the norm of looking at the bigger picture all for the sake of it but then all is because there is a need consider the worthy of the outcome.
    There is the re-identification of the ability within these young individuals before taking them to where we assume to be there ultimate destination (for their own good that is ).Talent schools have inculcated the relevant culture that should be consideration of any society,bit by bit the few that go through the system appreciate its value and for sure the trend seem to be going in its favour,being the very portrayal of the positive impact its making it gives the rest of the world more than enough reasons to consider it.

  positive and relevant as it may sound,there still are some facts to put into consideration to ensure that the waters go through the right gutters so that what is collected is the very that was expected.Development stages differ from child to another when it comes to identifying what they can be associated with some other times later in their life.The most probable positive impact to expect is that within the out-of-book environment there are other prospects to look at and presents the positive minded individual who doesn't have to  always look at life as the victim but as one who understands the value of the ability within them and its impact on the very ones they come across.

  

TAKING RESPONSIBILITY.

Sometimes we feel sidelined by the society or the environment we have exposed ourselves to,one feels no even confident in their own skin.There are those that we feel very uncomfortable around,people who really either make our lives more hectic than it may have been before they walked right in or complicate almost everything to leave us finding where to take the blame.They negatively impact our lives by the kind of people they get us involved with,the decisions they for in us and the atmosphere they create to push entirely the right people they found in our lives away.

    In other scenarios ones perspective of the larger picture is never welcomed or rather rarely seem to trigger change to the effect of the idea one may have given or the entire process made to portray you as the odd or weird of all.Some of this may be due to extreme  push for others to accept the advice we put out there forgetting that it is just a mere advice which they can chose to take up or literally discard if they want to.

  There are varied individualities and among them are;those that would personalize challenges and take up the task to ensuring the positive outcome is not an option but an automatic result,those that always remain in the field no matter the outcome,they are the resilient figures all around us,there are then those that be very inspirational,ones that can build castles within a mind that has given up,they are positive about everything but can never get down to realizing the words to actualize and make the castles come to life.

  All these 'characters' would either pull different persons closer to you or push them away.Life being as universal as it is,the way everyone handles it tells the outer world what is in each one,what they think and all that can not be said of anyone in a first time encounter.

  

IS PLAN B NECESSARY?.

 Vital as it has always in the execution of any task,planning has to always be neat and well organised as its the very portrayal of what to expect when it gets down going to put the papers in the sand and bring out fantasy from what only we can see to the outside world and share it with everybody to prove that we not only dream but dream real and big,it is good to have things going all smooth and as planned as it boosts ones ego and makes you feel great about how accurate it can all comes out when we take up the tools.

  It is good and so very good for that matter to have the best that you can ever come up with so the the 'unexpected' negative comes haunting you in the end,just incase it doesn't work out as you may have wanted it to.A fall-back or get-back-to plan is one unescapable idea one has to always deal with.whenever there arises an inconvenience then one would consider the alternative,being the nature of the human mind to always expect smooth riding,the opposite is always correct.It may seem as a good way to handle things but one should understand that the 'alternative' or 'plan b' becomes like the other way of doing whatever you may have wanted,it is good but then comes back to be more of a duplicate rather than the original idea that you may have wanted.

   Albert Einstein says " a person who has never made a mistake has never tried something new".The wording in itself from Einstein literally gives a new definition to mistakes,the 'other plan' mentality makes one look at the easier way out to have things work faster.the easier way limits ones thinking to bringing the reality out of the persons everyone is defined as. Working with a plan b in mind is infact  good but then it diverts ones attention and concentration "what else would work if this doesn't ?".

A plan b entirely means you are not a hundred percent sure of the original idea,it says the focus is swayed from within and so does it express itself.
